What does this mean?
We have upgraded our internal Customer Support helpdesk, which will now let us drill down into every query and help resolve it a lot more quickly.
We aim to respond to all customer correspondance within two working days.
All customer tickets will be dealt with in the order that they are received.
Where necessary we will also make outbound calls to resolve tickets.
We have now made contacting us a lot easioer by using the Contact form opposite. We no longer use a contact telephone number.
